Q: I ordered a book through the bookstore. How long does it take to ship?

A: All book orders are processed immediately after the order has been received. A confirmstion email will be sent to the buyer, once the order has shipped. Orders can take 3-5 business days to ship.

​Q: I ordered a book that was damaged. How can I get this book replaced?

​A: Please contact us at authorsupport@nyreepress.com, and we'll send a replacement copy to you.

Q: I ordered a book and it didn't arrive during the time I expected. How can I check the status of my order?

A: Bug Love Books utilizes a print-on-demand printer with lightning speed capabilities. Although this is true, our books can still take up to five business days to print. All books are shipped using standard printing and shipping, unless otherwise notified. If you haven't received your order after the standard printing and shipping time-frame, please contact us and we'll gladly review your order status.
Q: I want to order a signed copy of one of the books. How can I do this?

A: Signed books can be ordered at the request of an interested reader. If you would like a signed copy of one of our titles, please contact our Administrative Assistant at info@buglovebooks.com.

​Q: I'm a bookstore owner, and I would like to carry a Bug Love Books title in my bookstore. Who should I contact about this?

Q: Where can I purchase NyreeKids online?

A: All NyreePress titles are available on Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble.com, Books-a-million.com, and many more online stores. Our e-books are available in iTunes, and on the Nook and Kindle.
Q: I wrote a children's book and I'm interested in getting my book published. How can I do this?

A: Our submissions are currently open for our self-publishing division. Please read our submissions guidelines here and send us a proper query letter to review. A publishing specialist will contact you if we're interested in reviewing your manscript.

​A: Because we are considered an independent publisher, there is an investment that our authors make. We provide services that are essential for self-published authors to publish a quality book.
